• Wearing many hats, if needed (ability to step into the lead role as needed and manage the rest of the assigned team)

• Working with a collaborative team of developers, designers, grant writers, film producers, and marketers (strong interpersonal communication skills are a must)

• Working remotely

• Not afraid of being challenged by other team members regarding the quality of your work
