Creating A Vision for Your Life

We often go about our lives trying to follow the “C” word: our compass. However, it may not always be clear which direction we are meant to pursue.

In this episode, Nancy John, founder of Seed Leadership, discusses the values that help her operate and undergo the process of digging down deep to find her purpose, and in that hopes that others can find help following their compass as well.

Faith plays a large part in giving her guidance through life, in that the idea of service and figuring out how she can uniquely position herself to serve others is one aspect she likes to base her actions on.

Through focusing on the present rather than the possibilities of the future, she encourages us to see how their unique gifts fit into their big picture, and in that way we can figure out where we’re going in a way that still allows room for experience and enables us to follow our own compass.
